Founded in 1940 and now part of ExxonMobil Chemical, the B.R. plant is a modern petrochemical processing and manufacturing facility located on 150 acres that produces some 10 billion lbs. of petrochemical products annually. Three other plants are located in the Baker-Alsen-St. Irma Lee areas.
